Chapter 1483
The more Harvey drank, the redder his face became.
Hugh watched this scene with a cold laugh.
‘How stupid! He’s still so jovial even after being forced to shove this much wine down his throat.’
Based on Hugh’s experience with drinking, Harvey would crash after a few more drinks.
If Harvey didn’t lose half his life from drinking too much, he would at least need to scrub and clean his stomach.
Meanwhile, Tristan stared at Hugh in awe.
As expected of Master Baker, making such an easy win!
He was right to do this trick on an idiot like Harvey.
Tristan took another glass of wine and rushed forward.
Soon after, the wine bottles were quickly emptied.
Xynthia dragged Harvey over and called out, “Brother-in-law, don’t drink anymore! Let’s go home, okay?”
“You women understand nothing! We men drink none of your business!”
Harvey’s body swayed, his eyes blurred. He looked as if he would fall any minute.
“Yes, Yes, Yes. Mr. York is right. We’ll go home when we’re drunk!”
“Come on, bring more wine!”
The whole box of wine was brought.
According to Hugh’s plan, mixing red and white wine would make Harvey fall more quickly.
Surprisingly enough, Harvey still sank another gallon of wine. Even though it looked like he would collapse in a few minutes, he still stood straight.
He continued to accompany Hugh and the others for drinks.
Xynthia was so anxious that she almost cried. He kept trying to talk Harvey out of the situation, but he ignored him and continued drinking while still acting drunk.
Soon, the victory box was empty. The crowd fell into dead silence.
Hugh and the others had terrible expressions. They were in their seats, and each felt their head spinning nonstop.
Their consciousness became very hazy and they gave Harvey a confused look.
Seeing that no one was pouring any more wine, Harvey grabbed a bottle and approached Tristan and the others.
“Come! I should have treated you the same!”
“Since you all toasted with me, I should do the same for you too.”
“This toast is for the fight we had before we became friends!”
“This one is for me to show my apologies!”
said Harvey, filling glasses for himself and everyone present.
Hugh, Tristan and the others insulted. They all assumed Harvey was drunk. Otherwise, why would Harvey approach them for more drinks?
Before long, their expressions changed.
Even though Harvey was rocking left and right, looking like he might fall any minute, he didn’t look the least bit dizzy as he asked for more drinks.
After three more full turns, Tristan and the others felt like they were going to die. However, Harvey seemed fine.
The corner of Hugh’s mouth twitched. Most people would have passed out after drinking so much red wine mixed with white wine.
Hugh himself could only take two gallons of wine, at best.
He felt his tongue grow larger, and his words spiraled into an indistinct mess.
Harvey didn’t stop and asked for another round.
Soon, not only were social butterflies, even Tristan and Hugh couldn’t handle alcohol anymore.
Their bodies began to sway nonstop. They all fell down on the table, unable to get up at all.
Xinthia was surprised.
‘Sister-in-law is amazing.’
“He outclassed everyone by himself?”
“Master Baker! A thousand glasses is still too little to drink with friends. Come on, let’s eat some more!”
Harvey had no intention of letting these people off the hook. The problem was, they were all limp and had no strength left. They could receive wine from Harvey in silent sorrow.
