NATO weapons, illegally channeled to the black market, are secretly rerouted from Turkey on a freighter bound for South Africa. Disguised soldiers load three containers with weapons and ammunition, equipping them with buoyancy devices and positioning trackers. As a storm hits, the containers are jettisoned into the Black Sea, miraculously floating and awaiting pickup by a waiting transport ship.
