Leroy was the one who came up with the idea of flipping jade slips.
Leroy came up with a terrible idea after gaining full control over the Seven Fairies. He would then sleep with whoever he picked from flipping the jade slip.

A few minutes later. Leroy could not wait to enter his bedroom. As soon as he walked in. he saw Second Fairy Chloe sitting on the bed with her acupoints sealed, hence she was unable to move.
“Oh. Beauty Chloe. Haha. I’m here.” Leroy gave her the ups and downs before calling out to her salaciously.
